- Common Polish First Names - There was some discussion of naming patterns for Polish children. Children tended to be named after the saint whose feast day was closest to the day they were born. Here's a website that covers that issue.

- Kartenmeister - contains 91,024 locations with over 38,691 name changes once, and 5,500 twice and more. Included in this database are the following provinces: Eastprussia, including Memel, Westprussia, Brandenburg, Posen, Pomerania, and Silesia. It currently list most towns or points, points being: Mills, some bridges, battlefields, named trees, cenotaphs etc.

- Online Database of Canadian Naturalization 1915–1951 - Library and Archives Canada (LAC) has released a new version of the nominal index with the addition of more than 91,000 names that now covers the years from 1915 to 1936, inclusively. Work is ongoing to extend the nominal index to 1951
